Our mission is to provide our participants with the highest quality of care. Every participant has a personalized individual care plan. We respect the wishes of our participants needs. We provide our services through nursing supervision, personal care, fun and engaging activities. We provide nutritious meals and snacks approved by a registered dietitian. Lastly, we arrangement or service of door-to-door transportation. Best of all we do everything with care.

Getting To and From the Facility. Our Transportation options varies, depending on the best option for the specific participants.
Center Drivers
Our Facility offer complimentary transportation to and from our Medical Daycare.
Caregiver Transportation
Family members are welcome to drop off and/or pick-up their loved ones at the center.
State Mobility
MTA mobility offers a low cost transportation fee for seniors. They will coordinate member pick-up and drop-off from home and to medical appointments.
